Logo printing on seats
Printing logos on the backrest of the seats it is a nice way to give an identity to the furniture with the place where it is installed,
it adds formality and shows that the owner gave importance to the small details of the project so we definitely recommend you to print
logo on the back of the seat. It is important to note however that if the printed logo included with writen part then it looks better when
printed on fabric rather than on leather. So keep in mind that if your logo has spelling part which you want it to be seen clear then choose
the fabric and not the leather as the upholstery material for your seats.
The technology of logo printing is made by a laser machine that sews the logo and passes on each sewing point about 2000 times and the
result is a perfect logo embroidery. This is actually fabric embroidery rather than a technique of color printing.
At the same time, the logo gets vibrant colors by choosing the color of the embroidery threads.
What we do in our factory is that before we send the upholstery part of the seat for the embroidery of the logo, we do an experiment on a
piece of cloth from the same fabric of the back of the seat in order to check which color is better suited and also to make sure the spelling
looks clear and correct.
