Our responsibility as the seats factory is to manufacture the seats according to the most advanced standards and according to the drawing
and the data sheet which we submit to our customer.
The role of the contractor who orders from us the seats is to provide us with reliable information regarding the conditions in which the
seat is intended to be installed, contractor must give us a precise drawing of the hall that matches the reality on the ground.
The contractor’s responsibility is to remind us the small details and comments that his client requests.
Our responsibility is to manufacture according to the technical data sheet and drawing we provide to the customer.
Our responsibility is to meet the predetermined schedule, whether if it is 14 days, 20 days or 30 days…
The contractor responsibility is to inform his client the schedule depending on the time we agreed between us in advance, however
the contractor must add extra time given since there are factors that affect the transport of goods and delivery of the goods which are not
dependent on us as an Manufacturer.
Only if everyone keeps their responsibilities the customer will be happy, but you have to be careful to keep the small details because the
small details are what makes the job successful and perfect than just good work or bad work.
